Linda went into full-time prison ministry in 1985 after nine years as a legal secretary and holding the Music Director position at her church. She graduated from Peirce Junior College and Philadelphia College of the Bible, now called Cairn Univerity with a Bachelor's degree in Bible and leadership. She is also a graduate of CCEF (Christian Counseling and Education and Foundation).
In 2003, Linda began ministering at Wellspring Garden Ministries now called Life Awakening becoming the Executive Director in 2005. Since that time, she has written the book God Moves Mountains One Pebble at a Time, the Healing Journey of Naomi Stoltzfus, the Handbook for Victorious Living, and the LA Toolkikt which contains the Gospel Process materials that are reflected in this website. The Holy Spirit taught Linda the Gospel Process wherein people can join the Gospel of Jesus Christ to experience the Gospel’s power to become freed and healed from sin and pain no matter how deep they are lodged. Linda has spent endless hours taking people through this Process and can testify to its life-changing power. She believes everyone needs to apply the Gospel Process because everyone struggles and deals with sin and pain.
Linda believes that the Holy Spirit is a person’s primary teacher (I John 2:27) and has learned and is continuing to learn to trust Him to lead in the various aspects of her life and ministry. She has lived a full single life and, certainly, like everyone else, has had her own sin and pain to deal with in this journey called life.
Andrea worked as a volunteer at Life Awakening starting in 2020, as a board member starting in the spring of 2022, and was named as Assistant Director in May of 2023. She is a facilitator of the Gospel Process leading people in those sessions. She also assists the Executive Director in developing and refining the teaching materials for the LA Toolkit. Andrea guides individuals through the Gospel Process from her home in Denver, PA and is presently editing the biography of someone born into bondage and abuse yet set free through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She brings counseling, writing, editing, and teaching abilities honed in her fifteen-year career as a consultant to non-profits and state
and federal government at The Rensselaerville Institute. Her greatest passion is to see people set free from the trap of the enemy and living a full abundant life in Christ. Her work at Life Awakening, Gospel Process sessions, book editing, and song-writing are her returns to the Kingdom for the many gifts she has received in being ministered to, including at Life Awakening.
Chelsea joined the Life Awakening team in March 2021 as the Administrative Assistant. She is highly gifted in administration and finds joy using that gifting for the Lord. Chelsea and her husband, Cory, lead Freedom Church, a micro church, in Ephrata, PA. In addition, Chelsea is the Founder/Director of Unlocked Closet, a non-profit organization serving the local foster and adoptive community. This is near and dear to her heart, as Cory and Chelsea adopted both of their children from foster care. In 2010, she graduated from Millersville University with a BSE in Music Education and received a Certificate in Bookkeeping from the US Career Institute in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Graphic Design Certificate through the New York Institute of Art and Design. Chelsea is so excited to work with Linda and be part of Life Awakening! She can't wait to see how God expands this ministry and how He utilizes her giftings in all of it.
